Hi ... I'm curious about a folder under the Documents and
Settings area , there is a folder that has my full name ,
I don't want this folder to show my full name , Is there
any way of changing it , because when i try i get it is a
windows system folder and is required for windows to run
proplerly ... It cannot be moved or renamed. Can i rename
it in safemode were it wouldn't cause any problems
later ???

Fully named account was created during initial setup when you typed in your
full name. You can rename the directory if you logon as another user with
administrative rights. The best approach would be to create the new account
and copy the old profile using User Profiles from Computer Management.

Create new account: Control Panel/User Accounts, then logon/logout as the
new user.
Copy profile: Control Panel/System/Advanced/User Profiles/Settings/choose
the old account/Copy To/choose the destination (new user), then Change
'Permitted to use' (new user).

Read built-in Help.
