Hello All,
I need some guidance on changing the color of a cell when the value is
say..< 0:20, and >:30
here is an example of the data in each cell. the format is "h:mm".
Thanks for your help in advance.

0:18
0:39
0:26
0:20
0:26
0:23
0:21
0:22
0:17
0:21
0:17

Take a look at Format|Conditional formatting. You can specify up to 3 criteria
(xl2003 and below).
