Everytime I go to import a file from somewhere on my hard disk to a
FrontPage Web... I have click like crazy to drill down to the proper folder.

How can I change the default folder that File | Import looks at?

You can do a drag-n-drop from a folder into your current open FP web / site instead of using the
Import command.
