In one of the answers to the Design 2K3 Transcender exam is implied that you
can upgrade a domain from Win2K or NT to Win2K3 and at the same time you can
change the name of the domain.

Is this possible???

During the In-Place upgrade you cannot change the NetBIOS name.

After the migration, you can rename the Domain if you are in Native Mode.
But be carefull with this option especially if you have an Exchange server
on your network.
