Change Display-Name Schema to last-name-comma-first-name

Windows 2000 SP4 Domain

I understand that it is possible to change the default attribute
"Display-Name" from first-name-last-name to last-name-comma-first-name.

When I create users using the Users and Computers Snap-in, the Display-Name
field is automatically filled in using first-name-last-name. I then must
manually change
it to last-name-comma-first-name. Is there a schema change that will allow
the field to automatically be filled in as last-name-comma-first-name?
