Yes, probably you are right.
I encount same thing on the chinese version of the Excel as well. the font
of the column and row are default chinese font to display the english A, B,
C, D and 1, 2, 3 etc. which i didn't like it very much. this looks ugly,
that's why i always prefer to use English version instead.
