How to change directory in DoCmd.TransferDatabase locally

I want to be able to give a database with supporting tables to various users.
My problem is that using the DoCmd.TransferDatabase it always uses my D:
drive. I want to give the users a directory with my database and have them
put it on any drive they want.

Ideally I would want the path to be "project/database/table" instead of
D:/myDocuments/project/database/table".
