I just completed reformatting my computer and reinstalled outlook and am
trying to move the outlook data files to this new outlook installation. I
have 3 email accounts (all internet accounts, IMAP i.e. gmail) and 1 personal
folders. I was able to move the .pst files (all 4) to the new location and
get them into outlook so now I have doubles of each file (old and new). I
succeeded in setting the personal folder default to the old one and deleted
the new one outlook had just created after installation. I'm having trouble
changing my email account .pst files. I'm trying to make it so I deliver
messages to the previously used .pst file.

I have been following the directions listed here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...CH102499831033

I stuck on Step 5 because I do not have a button called "change folders" on
my email tab in account settings. It's just not there. Where it should be
lists the current delivery location, but no button (I do under RSS feeds,
just not under email).

Any help/suggestions on making my old .pst files the new delivery locations
for my 3 email accounts or any ideas as to how I can get the "change folder"
button?

Thanks in advance for your help!

If you copied your old pst files to the outlook default location, you may
have corrupted them as you may have overwritten ones allready there,
particulary if one was named outlook.pst. You would appear in any case to
have corrupted the profile
Create a new Profile, add your data files, set the one you want as default,
set up the mail accounts

You cannot reuse IMAP PSTs. What's the point? Outlook will just create new
ones based on the contents of the server. Moving the main PST is fairly
simple. Put it in the folder of your choice and configure your mail profile
to use is, employing the Mail applet in Control Panel to do so.
