Change default settings on office outlook

My office outlook came with a default setting of text right to left. Is there
a way of changing the setting to be left to right

Have you installed any of the language packs that allow right to left text?

's Computer Specifications

Outlook uses your Word settings by default. If your change your Word default
document direction to left-to-right, that will probably solve your problem.
