Change default save as type to Outlook Message Format

's Computer Specifications

How can I change the defaylt seting in Outlook 2007 so that when I save an
e-mail the default "save as type" is Outlook Message Format (*.msg) and not
HTML?

Outlook provides no way to change that default.
