Can anyone please tell me how to change the default format to save a
graphics file TO bmp INSTEAD OF jpg? And please, don't ask me why nor
tell me why I shouldn't or anything like that. Please just tell me how
to do this if possible.

Hi,

IE defaults the save format to the format of the image.

If IE insists on saving as BMP, you should empty the cache. Tools, Options,
Temporary Internet Files: Dele Files.

IE doesn't insist on saving as BMP, I was just wondering if there was a
way to change the default format to BMP instead of each images format.
Know any way to do this?
