change default roaming profile permission

as you know if you set a roaming user profile path for a user with the
following pattern:
\\<servername>\<sharename>\%username%
it will remove all permission from it and assigns only SYSTEM and that user
full control permission upon its creation.
how can I change this template?through GP you can also include
Administrators group.but this is not what I want.I want it to assign
permissions to groups other than Administrators.
how can I?
