On a Win2k system I only have an Administrator account and the regional
options are changed from English (UK) to English (US). When I create a new
user the options are back to English (UK).
Is there a way to change this so I get English (US) language and keyboard?

See tip 311 and link in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com, but use HKEY_USERS\.Default

or see tip 5373.
