How to change default option for "User must change password at next logon"

Hi.
I need change the default option in W2k when reset
password a user.

Requeriment : The ticket in a box is automatic.

I believe that in the registry system, I can change this
option.

Buenos Dias!

I am not sure - I will have to take another look - but I
*THINK* that ADModify can do this. Mind you, with this
tool you can change existing accounts so that the "user
must change password at next logon" will be checked. I
would also think that there would be something in AD that
would allow you to change this.

let me look into it. Also, take a look for yourself.
Install the Support Tools ( better from the Service Pack
CD than from the WIN2000 Server CD ) and look at some of
the tools that become available...

You can't change the default. Your option would be to write your own GUI or command line tool to do the resets.
