change default my pictures

I want to change my default my pictures directory from 'desktop/my pictures' to
C:\temp\. I don't want to change the entire user profile location, just the
pictures download directory.

Download Tweak UI from Microsoft they have a change special folders tweak
there. It is very easy to use.
