I have a homepage that needs to be set as a .ASP due to redirects based on
the host header.

Only problem is that the navigation structure for the site is messed up as
the Home Page isn't default.htm

How can I get Frontpage to recognise the default.asp file as the Home Page
instead?

The hosting is at Microsoft bCentral and as such I don't have control over
the IIS configuration or the ability to use host headers directly from the
IIS config.

Looks like bcentral doesn't support headers
