I am wondering if there's a way to get more aesthetic commandbuttons
(like that aren't so square)??

You can make them rectangular but if you want something more than that, you
would have to solicit MS to add something in their next release.

Microsoft don't want you to know this, but they are not actually buttons,
You can hurt your fingers trying to push them. They are only pictures of
buttons. They just swap pictures when you click on them. Now if there were
picture controls with onclick events ...

You can use a shape from the drawing toolbar or insert a picture and then assign
a macro (in a General module) to this shape/picture.
