change default arrange by

's Computer Specifications

Does anyone know how to change the default arrnage by from
Date to something else permanently? I want all new
folders to automatically have the new Arrange By, but I
can't find where to change the default to a new default.

Peter,

View settings are per folder and generally cannot be set globally.
