the help provided said to right click on the calendar grid, then click on
Other Settings.
When I did right click on the calendar grid, Other Settings did not appear
as an option.

Are you in the 30 day view? (It normally doesn't matter, but it's worth
changing views to try it... )

What options are on your right click menu?
