We have an old forms applications designed on Windows NT. When we run this
application on W2K the layout of the application is not correct. When we
adjust the appearance for a user this problem can be corrected. However we
have published this application anonymous so we need to change the
appearance
for anonymous users. This is already working on two servers, but the company
which implemented this is not able to reproduce the solution on a new
server.

Create a mandatory profile with the settings you want, to be used by the
anonymous connection, or copy these settings over the default user profile
(where all new profiles are derived from).
