Change Custom Forms

I have modified a custom form that I made earlier, the modified form opens
and post like it should, the problem is when I go and reopen it, it defaults
back to the original form. What am I missing on this?

Did you remember to modify the read page layout to match the changes you made in the compose page layout?

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm....program_forms
