Hi.

I have searched this forum but cannot find an answer.

I am using Outlook 2007. When I open Outlook, my usual window format
appears, which is "Mail Folders" opn left pane. "Inbox" and "Message
Preview" in the middle. Along the right side of the screen I have the "To Do
Bar".

At the top of the "To Do Bar" there is a calendar which is monthly. If I
have an appointment on a day in that month, then the date number is bold.

The problem I have, is that I personally find this bold date highlight to be
too subtle. Is there a way of changing the way Outlook highlights the date
which have appointments? For example, a red colour?

Thanks

Nope, you can turn the bolding of the font on/off but not assign a different
color or other form of highlighting.

This is not a place for ranting, but I would like to express the annoyance of
the subtle bold colour.

Thanks for the reply though, it puts my mind at rest.

You're welcome! :-)

The best method to provide feedback is to contact your local Microsoft
Support Center and tell them about it and suggest it as a feature (when
calling, ignore the costs as it doesn't apply to feature suggestions,
genuine bug reports and most security issues). Outlook 2010 is pretty much
locked down on features though so don't expect it to already show up there.
