change color email reply outlook 2007

I realize by default the font color for replies and forwarded message text is
blue but can this be changed. If I reply or forward in only HTML then my
replies will be in black but it seems as if I should have a little more
control related to font color than I can find

Tools>Options>Mail Format>Stationery and Fonts>Replying or forwarding
messages will control the font color of your reply text.
