Change Cell Color Dependant On Date Range

's Computer Specifications

I can work out the 'IF' argument to make words appear given a date range but
I would like the cells to change between Green, Orange and Red when a date
range is curren, upcoming(28days) and overdue when the sheet is updated and
using the NOW() function.
