Well, then it is sorted graphically by time and not alphabetically as you
stated in your original post or am I missing something about your
configuration?
If you want to sort it by any other property, then you'll have to switch to
a table view such as By Category or All Appointments first.
View-> Current View...
After that, you can sort and group by pretty much any property that you
like.
