Change business contacts to accounts

Does anyone know of a way to change all of the business contacts to accounts,
ALL AT ONE TIME, while keeping all the existing data (history, contact info,
etc.)? Instead of doing one by one... I tried dragging the contacts into the
accounts (in the nav pane), but a lot of the data is not transferred that way.
