How Can I change the Boot Scren of the Login in Target Design?

All you have in TD is "Do not display GUI boot screens" option in the "Other Settings" section of Configuration Settings.
This will add /noguiboot switch to boot.ini (you can add it manually).

For changing logo bitmap you will have another option to the boot.ini. Please search NG archive for "bootlogo". Please be aware that
this option is undocumented and unsupported by Microsoft.
