Change behavior of search in Address Bar

Is there a way to change which search engine is used when
you type "? <keyword>" in the address bar? I changed the
Search Preferences to use Google, and that works when I
bring up the Search window, but if I type "?" in the
Address Bar, it still uses MSN.
