Change background for contents pane of a folder

When using Windows Explorer, I click one of the folders. The contents of
that folder appear on the right hand pane. I would like to change the
background of that pane. I notice in My Music folder there is a dim picture
of a musical note in the lower right corner. Other programs I have installed
have changed the backgrounds of their folders. How do I change the
background to a picture I want.
