You can change the default properties of a textbox (or any other type of
control) by showing the property sheet and clicking on the button for that
type of control in the toolbox. The property sheet will then be titled
"Default textbox" (or whatever control you have chosen.
Once you have set all the defaults to your liking and saved the form, you
can go to Tools>Options>Forms/Reports and change the "Form template" to the
name of your saved form.
