change all contacts filing info to: business (last, first name)

I have imported a 3000+ contacts into BCM... but I do not like how they are
viewed. I like the 'address card' format, but it appears that I can only
change how the header will read one contact at a time. I do not have the
time to open up every contact and change how they are viewed one at a time.
I want the header of my contact to be viewed as Company Name (Last, First
Name). This can be found when you open up a contact and go to 'filing
information' and open up the drop down box and choose this particular
format. All I want to do is 'select all' of my contacts and convert the all
of my contact to - "Company (Last, First Name)". Can this be done or do I
have to do this one at a time? thanks, John
