I have a huge email list (thousands of contacts)

This week all the people with adelphia.net address must be changed to
roadrunner.com.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Please note that my address book is broken down into MANY MANY folders. I
know when you import an address book, it does not go into the folders. (That
is another question I have, I really want to learn how to get the adress book
off my desktop to my laptop and there has never been a good way)

Thanks Very Much!

The easiest way to fix this is by exporting to excel and using search and
replace to change the domain them importing but with lots of subfolders,
that will be a major task. (You really should be using categories and custom
views, not multiple contacts folders.)

You can try the trial of our find/replace utility for Outlook. Should do
what you want.

I appreciate the answers, but I still have questions.

Diane said I should be using categories. I do not know what that is and I am
not sure Outlook Express has them.

John suggested a program...and I downloaded it, but I don't think it works
with OUTLOOK EXPRESS, only outlook.

This is an Outlook newsgroup. Hence our assumption we were dealing with
Outlook.

Outlook Express is a very different program and has it's own newsgroups.

Thankfully, MS have renamed OE in Vista, should avoid this sort of confusion
in the future.
