Change address bar select behavior?

Hello,

Is there any way in IE6 to be able to click in the address bar and not
have the entire current URL be selected? I would like to be able to
click in the address bar and position my cursor at the point where I
clicked rather than have the entire URL selected. I know I can do this
by clicking twice in the address bar, but this is inconvenient for long
URLS because the selection behavior causes scrolling to the end of the
URL when it is selected. This forces me to click, click again, then
press the Home key to position my cursor where I want it in the URL.
It would be great to be able to do this by clicking once if there's a
registry tweak that allows this. Thanks.

Bruce
