I have now changed from f/p 98 to f/p 2002
When I come to up-load will I have to up - load
the whole website again. Or is it just a matter of
carrying on as usuall.

Yes
After any upgrade you need to do a Publish All the 1st time, then go back to just publish changes

I never had to do this with any upgrade, do you have an authoritative source for the statement?
