Good challenge. Looks like you can do it, but you only get one shot at it.
If I fill it up normally, with something in the top... anything but
something. Then enter all the lines you want to do... but as a last thing,
delete the single entry the top and apply it to the timeline.
It stays that way, with the top line blank, and renders the way you want
it.... but it moves everything up if you open the text clip for more
editing.
So put the filler text in, leave it in until you absolutely sure your movie
is done, and delete the top line just before rendering.
