I am using a laptop with XP Pro and a very high screen resolution ... and
the thumbnails are too small. How can I change the size of the thumbnails
in XP ?

Thanks !

Use TweakUI
[+] Explorer
Thumbnails
Size (pixels):

Thumbnails
[[The image quality slider control sets the fidelity of the thumbnail
images. Higher quality thumbnails require more memory and disk space. This
is a per-user setting. This setting applies only to the new thumbnails.
Previously created thumbnails retain their original quality setting.]]

TweakUI will allow a lot of other tweaks.

Download TweakUI here >>>

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP

Tweak UI
TweakUI.exe

Use TweakUI - one of the XP Powertoys from (if you have installed XP
SP1)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/p.../powertoys.asp

If you have not installed SP1, the earlier version can be found at
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe

Once installed you will find it in Start - All Programs - Powertoys for
Windows XP

Its Explorer - Thumbnails page allows you to set the size, up to 256
pixels. But a caution - be careful of the quality slide. If you have
it at more than about 70% from the left, thumbnails may grey over in an
unpleasant way
