Hi,
ollowing advice from this group, I run adaware and spybot regularly.
However I checked the quarantined directory of adaware and found a number of
references to cgi-bin
C:\cookies\windows\trevor k@cgi-bin(2).txt

Is this ok - I have heard the cgi-bin is important

I would appreciate any advice

It's just another cookie. It's OK to delete them.
