Why don't you search your drive/s for that file. The current version has
to be located in the %windir%\System32 folder (version 5.1.2600.2180)
and that version *has* that entry point. Poor driver software (eg.
Hewlett-Packard) installs older versions of that file and these older
versions do *not* have that entry point. If there are copies of that file
around in different directories, rename these files right after Windows
start and reboot.
