Is anyone using CF cards, other than Sandisk, that they are happy with?

I have a list of CF cards on my site
(http://www.seanliming.com/flashhelp.html) that other developers have been
using with XPe. SimpleTech is becoming very popular alternative.

Try Apacer CF - www.apcer.com.tw
PQI: www.pqi.com.tw

We use both of then and they work well. Performance wise they are
better than Sandisk.

When you look at Apacer, look for Industrial Standard, because they are
the one which will detect as non removable.

Try Apacer @ www.apacer.com.tw
Look for industrial standard CF cards. These are non removable. Normal
CF are removable devices.

2. try PQI CF card also www.pqi.com.tw

We use both and both works fine without any problems. Perfromance wise
they are better than sandisk.

Hi,

We use Hagiwara SYS-COM CF (industrial grade with DMA support)
http://www.hsc-us.com/

Or Transcend 45x CF (industrial but without DMA support)
http://www.transcendusa.com/

These 2 brands provide fixed media CF in industrial grade a lot cheaper
than SanDisk.

We use the SiliconDrive CF from Silicon Systems
http://www.siliconsystems.com/silicondrive/index.html
It's superior to Sandisk in terms of reliability and performance.
Sandisk has told us they they will not continue producing Industrial
Compact Flash as it is not financially worth it to them.

Isn't that funny, since they always charged two or three times more than the
other Industrial CF folks.
We are using Silicon Systems now, and they seem to perform better, although
I have a couple of systems out for 2 years now with the original Wally
World, cheap retail version, camera style, compact flash cards and they are
still working just fine.
