I keep getting an invalid certificate dialog box with instructions to
proceed, (yes) (no) (install certificate) It doesn't matter which option I
choose, it keeps showing up. What can I do?

Presuming this is related to your other post, you probably should try:
microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general, as it sounds like an issue with IE
accepting site certificates. This group (microsoft.public.dotnet.general)
may be correct if you are _developing_ a web site that has an invalid site
certificate.
