Our company currently has godaddy.com hosting our email. I have one
of my users setup to download his messages off godaddy's servers in to
Outlook2002 who is having a problem when receiving emails from
usmc.mil domain. He is the only person I know of that is having this
issue. When he tries to open the email he gets the following pop up
message:

Invalid Certificate:
Microsoft Outlook could not encrypt this message because you have no
certificates which can be used to send from the e-mail address
'(E-Mail Removed)'

OK and Help are the only options.

Unfortunately this user is in another state and this is on his
personal machine. If he has the same people email his hotmail account
he has no problems so I assume it is just a setting in Outlook that
needs to be corrected. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Skillari,

have a look on this site:

"You receive an "Microsoft Outlook could not sign or encrypt this message
because your certificate is not valid" error message when you send a signed
e-mail message in Offline mode in Office 2003"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823926/en-us

Maybe it helps.
