When I sign in to my hotmail, it shows:

https://login.live.com/ppsecure/post.srf?bk=1188466648

There is a problem with this website's security certificate.

This organization's certificate has been revoked.

Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or
intercept any data you send to the server.

What's going on?

Turn off Transaction Security in Norton 360. Contact Norton to see why this
happening. It could also be a problem with your date. Make sure your
computer has the date set properly.

I'm not a hotmail user, so I just throw this out there:
If I try www.hotmail.com, it sends me to another login.livr.com site that
looks a little different from the one you linked to below. Have you tried
going through that way?

May have something to do with recent changes to Windows Live, etc.

When I signed in using the link the OP gave, it didn't take me into the
Hotmail account. It took me to the associated Live account.

I had this same problem just now, and this solution works with the Norton 360
security.

Thanks Kerry

When will Symantec ever learn that people want to be safe, not amazed by
1000 little settings.
