Certain websites won't load

I have windows98 EI 6 I can't get www.lambton.on.ca or
flemingc.on.ca,georgianc.on.ca to load. I have tried to change security
settings,went to add/remove repaired internet explorer pages still won't
load. Can anyone help me fix this. Everyone else can load these pages.
