Greeting O network gurus.

Here is my setup

BOX A is basically a back up server box and has all my data on Z drive under
lets say Folder 1 and Folder 2

BOX B, I work on all day and I want to have access to Folders 1and 2 all the
time. (Signed in as Administrator)

But I want to let my workmate/s who also use BOX B to only see Folder 2
(signed in as guest or say "user1")

I am sure this is simple but I just cannot work it out !!

Thanks in advance...........

Spike M

If this is pre-WinXP they'll see folder 2 but you can deny all permissions
(including traverse folder contents), so they can't see what's in it or
access anything in it. Just plain 'ole NTFS permissions (advanced for more
options).
