Hmm. the advent of a Linux server is NOT going to make this easy. The
easiest solution to your problem if you still want to continue to use
Outlook (AFAICS) is to install Exchange Server, then you can set up Public
Folders within the exchange Environment. But that would mean using a Windows
Server environment rather than a Linux one....
