Is there a good way to be able to record date and time based on a central
server current date/time such as from the server that the BE file is located
on?
I like to be able to have date and time recorded based on the same server as
where the BE file is located at for 2 reasons:
1) Individual users could be recording from different time zones.
2) Individual systems may not be in sync with the server, so times may not
match up and potentially cause transactions to appear in a different order
than what really took place recording wise.
