Centered table not centered in "Normal" view

This is driving me crazy. I'm using FrontPage 2000 and am editing a themed
page. On it, I have a "centered" table (90% wide), and in that table I might
have some additional tables (also less than 100%) wide. Everything
everywhere says "centered" -- the text before & after the table, where the
table was inserted, was centered, and the Table Properties say "Centered" in
the alignment property.

Yet, all these tables are left justified in "Normal" view. The crazy thing
is that these tables appear as they are supposed to be when viewed in
"Preview" view or when the page is viewed in a browser. But when I'm
creating & editing the darn page, it is left justified.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, Keith.

But the site isn't having any problem. The problem only appears in
FrontPage, in "Normal" view -- there the tables are left justified. In
FrontPage "Preview" view and when viewed in browsers, the tables are centered.

Do you really need a link to the page that appears the way it should?

I think that they may be nothing you can do about the (lack of) centring. I
see many things in "Normal" view that look odd.

The vital questions to answer are
How does it look in "Preview in Browser"?
How does it look when published?

If it is OK here, then you have succeeded.
