I'm new to Front Page and have developed a small site. It displays
left-justified on the display screen. How do I set it to display centered on
the display screen?

Put your content into a table (it needs only to be a one celled table)
specify a good width for your content, then set the table's alignment to
center and it will display in the center of the page.
