I am running Excel 2007 on a Windows 7 64-bit machine. I use an add-in that,
based on the value entered in an input cell, provides the result to an output
cell. recalculation is set to automatic.

When I first open a workbook and change an input value, the output cell does
not update. If I select the output cell and click in the edit box without
changing anything then hit enter, the cell updates. From now on, if I change
the input cell, the output cell automatically updates as it's supposed to.
However, any other input/output cells will not automatically update until
they have also been visited.

Any suggestions? This problem does not occur with the same workbook on my
Vista 32-bit machine.

You have Excel set to manula calculation
Click the Office ball, at bottom of that dialog clcik Options and in the
Formula tab click to use Automatic Calcualtion
