I have a cell in excel 2007 and it contains a paragraph but when you
click out of the cell it looks like

How do I get it to look like the data that in the cell?

The contents of the cell are more than what can display in the cell at
its current height/width. If the cells to the right are empty it should
spill out over them if Text Wrap is NOT turned on. Otherwise, resize
the cell so the contents fit!

You might like to put in hard returns every now and then (using Alt-
Enter, after every 80 to 100 characters), and using Format Cells |
Alignment set the cell to Wrap Text.

Set the numberformat to General (from Text).

Excel has trouble with cells formatted as Text when the length of the cell's
contents are between 256 and 1024.
